Marlin Spring has reached a significant construction milestone in our Westbeach Condominium development site after having topped-off.

To celebrate, our team gathered with our guests and toasted the top-off with champagne and sweets. We toured the development site and enjoyed breathtaking views from the rooftop.

We were thrilled to celebrate this achievement together with our partners Christopher Salt and Carla DeGasperis of CSCD Holdings and Carolyn Montgomery of Terra Firma.
