Marlin Spring’s Social and Wellness Committee's mission is to encourage and support the physical and mental health and wellness among team members. It also provides opportunities for social experiences where team members can connect and enjoy activities together.

This past year, the team enjoyed and benefited from numerous events and campaigns such as the inauguration of the Team Lounge, the launch of the Snack Bar, Massage and Smoothies day, Ice-Cream Day and Team Yoga.
