We're pleased to share an update and some photos from The Luckman, Marlin Spring’s 426 unit multi-family building located in Cleveland.

The renovation program is progressing with many of the suites now in it's final stages. These beautiful newly renovated suites now feature contemporary flooring, new appliances and design-forward finishes which were specially designed for The Luckman.

These impactful improvements are core to our ongoing goal of repositioning our assets and improving the resident experience.
