The Tailor, our condominium project with our partners Harbour Equity, located in Toronto’s Etobicoke neighbourhood has broken ground!

Launched in June, in midst of the pandemic, this ground breaking celebrates success against all odds.

Though the current health environment did not allow us to celebrate this achievement together with our extended team, colleagues, partners and friends, we acknowledge and sincerely thank the many individuals whose efforts contributed to the success of this project.

The Construction team has completed demolition and will start shoring and excavation imminently. The Tailor is on its way to bringing 142 new homes to this great neighbourhood in Toronto!
