On February 9th we had the pleasure of opening our doors to the public to finally give you a taste of one of our most anticipated projects to date, The Stockyards District Residences.

Located on St.Clair West in the Stockyards District region of Toronto and adjacent from our condo site, the sales office buzzed with excitement as guests reviewed the many floor plan options. In a Toronto condo market that isn’t always family friendly, guests loved that there were options that met their varying needs from 2 bedroom units to grand 3 bedroom + den and loft units.

As guests shuffled in and out of the space all afternoon admiring the project, one thing was abundantly clear: they all loved the community. With amenities like the TTC at your doorstep, a major shopping centre less than 5 minutes away, and parks and playgrounds within walking distance, what’s not to love? In fact, the Stockyards District has been hailed as one of Toronto’s popular up and coming neighbourhoods to watch. With much more growth anticipated to happen within the next few years, guests were excited about investing in this wonderful neighbourhood early.

The beautifully staged model suite, designed by U31’s Christiane and Kelly, left many in awe. It’s one thing to look at floor plans and try to imagine what it would be like, but it’s another to see your visions come to life. The functionality and use of space fueled many conversations amongst guests on how they could put their personal stamp on the unit it to make it home.

It was quite obvious, that the unveiling of The Stockyard District Residences was definitely worth the wait!
