We're please to announce that Symphony Towns, Marlin Spring’s town home development in Oshawa has broken ground!

We welcomed our partners, consultants, team members and friends to this milestone occasion. We were honoured to have Tito-Dante Marimpietri, Ward 2 Regional and Oshawa City Councilor and Chair of Urban Development Services Committee celebrate along with us and share his well-wishes.

The development will include a centrally located park which will be named The Dale Hawerchuk Park, in memory of the NHL Hall of Fame member who grew up just steps away.

We’re now looking forward to the start of construction and thrilled to bring 212 homes to Oshawa’s established Parklands community.
