Marlin Spring is proud to announce its successful disposition of Hickory Creek Ranch, a multifamily property located in Denton, Texas.

Purchased in November 2020, the US Multifamily team executed a strategic value-add program to upgrade many of the 212 units as well as the common areas.

The success of this incredibly quick project exemplifies Marlin Spring’s mission to deliver exceptional real estate value to all our stakeholders. In just 11 months, during some of the most challenging times, the team succeeded in filling occupancies and improving the overall resident experience by enhancing and renovating the property. This disposition provided record-breaking returns to our investors, significantly exceeding the initial project projections.
