Last week, Andrea Oppedisano, Director of Development at Marlin Spring, and Sessional Lecturer at Ryerson’s School of Urban and Regional Planning, spent some time with her student visiting a few of Marlin Spring’s developments.
The students are researching how purpose built live-work units can contribute to successful main streets and meet the goals of Toronto's Retail Design Manual. Having a first hand look by touring the sites provide these future impact-makers a better understanding of how they can contribute to the City’s future housing stock while improving the public realm.
The group visited 316-366 Campbell Avenue, 2231 and 2255 St. Clair Avenue West, 801 and 1045 The Queensway.
Pleased to share some photos of Andrea and her students touring the sites.
