Pre-construction at The Dawes Condominium located on Dawes Road in Toronto has officially begun!

Demolition is in progress with the Marlin Spring Construction Management team preparing the site for road extensions.

We look forward to bringing over 600 new condominium homes within two towers to Toronto’s burgeoning Danforth neighbourhood.
