We are pleased to announce that Pedro Lopes will assume the role of CEO of Marlin Spring Developments, the company’s dedicated operating business that focusses onthe development and construction of low, mid and high-rise communities across the GTA.

For nearly 5 years, Pedro has been an integral part of the development platform’s success both through strategic operations and contributing to its tremendous growth.

In addition to his role of CEO of Marlin Spring, Benjamin Bakst will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Marlin Spring Developments, collaborating with the team, focussing on overall strategy, stewardship and providing governance. 

Along with the Board of Directors which includes Elliot Kazarnovsky co-founder and CFO of Marlin Spring and Ashi Mathur, President, Marlin Spring, they will focus on further enhancing core operations leveraging the expertise of the exceptional team.
