Baz Group congratulates Marlin Spring US Realty on its completion of its exterior and facility enhancement program at the apartment complex, Oasis at Plum Creek.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held in conjunction with the city of Kyle’s Chamber of Commerce, the Marlin Spring team along with its partners, to celebrate this achievement.

Purchased in 2021, Oasis at Plum Creek is located in Austin, Texas and contains more than 260 homes.
