The entire team gathered to welcome James Maloney, MP, Etobicoke—Lakeshore at a recent Marlin Spring Lunch and Learn Event. Several Marlin Spring properties are located within the Etobicoke—Lakeshore jurisdiction and we were pleased to host the MP as our guest speaker.

Mr. Maloney spoke to us about his role in government, our role as land developers and builders and how we both work together to build housing and create value in our city. Our team participated in lively discussions about housing initiatives and home buyer programs while enjoying a casual lunch together.
