Marlin Spring was proud to have participated in Urban Land Institute’s Event featuring new developments in the evolving Stockyards neighborhood.

The tour kicked off at our Stockyards District Presentation Centre with refreshments provided by High Park Brewery. Andrea Oppedisano, Development Manager at Marlin Spring, provided an overview of this exciting project. With cranes slated for installation next week, construction is well underway!

The tour continued to Rainhard Brewery, Toben Food and Junction Brewery with presentations from Diamond Kilmer and Graywood.
