We all had a great time at the 10th Annual Humber Bay Shores Waterfront Festival enjoying the fresh produce from the farmers market, live music and great food.

It was wonderful to meet the residents of this fantastic neighborhood and discus the plans for Marlin Spring’s upcoming development on Lakeshore Blvd, gathering valuable feedback and input from those that live in the community.

We were thrilled to support this local festival as part of Marlin Spring’s Neighbour 2 Neighbour program which extends acts of kindness by way of donations and volunteer efforts to organizations which are located in areas in which we are actively developing.
