Ashi Mathur, President of Marlin Spring, joined many industry professionals and shared his outlook and experience saying, "the pandemic has shown the resilience of our Multi-Family sector with consistent collections as our tenants continue to honour their obligations supported by timely government assistance. Looking forward, we remain confident as the market continues to stabilize in the short-term and is poised for growth as vaccines are deployed and borders re-open in 2021."
