Marlin Spring was pleased to participate in this week’s 2022 Land & Development Conference, organized by Informa Canada.

This year’s conference was co-chaired by Ashi Mathur, President, Marlin Spring, alongside Jaime McKenna, ICD.D, CPA, CMA, CBV, Managing Director, Group Head of Real Estate, Fengate Asset Management, and Marlin Spring Advisory Board Member, and focused on trends and opportunities impacting owners, developers, investors, and lenders.

As well, Andrea Oppedisano, Director, Development, Marlin Spring, participated in a panel discussion and spoke about the challenges and opportunities of land use approvals.

The conference provided insightful keynote presentations, interviews, and panel discussions on local and national development markets, including both residential and commercial activity and was a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with industry colleagues.
