Although 82% of women aged 25 to 54 now participate in Canada’s workforce, they are still underrepresented in leadership roles. Tavia Grant’s recent article in the Globe and Mails cites, “women are still - in 2021 - under-represented in the corporate and economic sphere.”
Marlin Spring recognizes the importance of inclusive leadership and strives to create impactful change. This initiative is being spearheaded by the efforts and initiatives of Marlin Spring’s Women in Leadership Committee.
