Unsurprising, 2024 Ontario housing starts is forecasted to slow even further this year. This will cause a shocking scarcity of delivered units in 2025 and 2026 which should create more value and security for units under construction which are scheduled to be delivered during that time period.

To start off 2024, we’re pleased to share some great construction milestones on Marlin Spring Developments’ mid- and high-rise projects and send our best wishes to the purchasers who share this vision. 

Here are some photos of the pre-construction progress at Above Condos, located in Mississauga and the pouring of the ground-floor slab at Curio Condos on the Queensway.
