Our team gathered to celebrate the next phase of the Stockyards District Residences at our Groundbreaking Event. We welcomed our partners, our many consultants, trades, team members and friends to this milestone occasion. We were honoured to have Councillor Frances Nunziata celebrate along with us and share her well-wishes on our tremendous progress.

The event was held in the beautiful Stockyards sales office which was transformed into a local marketplace, showcasing the many local goods and services found in the vibrant Stockyards and neighboring Junction area. Our neighbors, Rainhard Brewery, offered tastes of their locally made beer and The Grind Stockyard Espresso Bar brewed fresh coffee and espressos for our guests.

It is due to the hard work of our devoted team that we reached the stage of construction in record time. We’re now looking forward to the building process, thrilled to bring over 235 homes to the thriving Stockyards neighborhood.
