Ashi has over 25 years of Investment Banking and Real Estate industry experience and comes to Marlin Spring from BMO Capital Markets.

Ashi’s deep commitment to the real estate industry and his extensive capital markets experience will benefit our company as we continue to pursue our growth ambitions in the North American markets.

In addition, Ashi’s considerable management experience strengthens our fully-integrated real estate platform and further solidifies the institutionalization of Marlin Spring. We are delighted to have Ashi join our Marlin Spring team.
