We are pleased to announce Marlin Spring Development Fund’s recent acquisition of multiple properties between 316 and 336 Campbell Avenue in Toronto. 

The properties, located Northwest of downtown Toronto in the sought after Junction Triangle community will be developed with the construction of a design forward and transit-oriented tower which will provide homes to more than 300 households. 

With this new project, along with its ongoing development and construction of 3 other buildings in the Junction Triangle, Marlin Spring is proud to be providing close to 1000 homes to this urban neighbourhood.
