We are pleased to announce Marlin Spring Development Fund’s recent acquisition of 8 Dawes Road, purchased from Mentrolinx. The property, a high-rise, transit-oriented mixed-use development site, is located in the Danforth Village neighbourhood, just east of downtown Toronto and north of the Beaches, and will be developed with the construction of a 38 storey condominium, providing close to 400 homes to a most sought-after neighbourhood.

This acquisition represents another significant step in Marlin Spring Developments’ commitment to developing vibrant, transit-oriented communities that meet the needs of Toronto's rapidly growing population.
