Marlin Spring unveiled its latest program with the establishment of Marlin Spring University (MSU).

MSU is a multi-course educational program designed to provide insight and knowledge to all of our Team Members through a structured, interactive and collaborative program. As well, it provides a platform for curious team members to join together to learn, grow and connect with like-minded colleagues.

MSU’s inaugural course, Development 101, was instantly filled to capacity with team members across all divisions.

Development 101 is a comprehensive 10 week course providing an overview of the complete development process from Acquisition to Completion, with each lecture being taught by a different Marlin Spring Development team leader or an industry expert guest lecturer.

Though this first cohort is exclusively for Marlin Spring members, we hope to invite a few select outsiders to join our next cohort to further add to the programs depth and diversity. Please send us a message if you’d be interested in joining!
