Marlin Spring celebrated International Women's Day and took some time to recognize and salute all the talented and devoted women at Marlin Spring.

We were blown away by the impactful presentation by special guest speaker, award-winning CEO Jill Nykoliation. Jill shared many fascinating ideas on how we can all tap into our feminine qualities to lead better and succeed. 

Here at Marlin Spring, we are incredibly proud of our inclusive and diverse workforce. Women make up 46% of our total team and 44% are women in leadership roles. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and continuing to explore ways we can do more to empower women and inspire the next generation.
