To celebrate the 10-year anniversary since its founding, the Baz Group spent a few days together enjoying an incredible retreat to Cancun, Mexico.

The trip provided a unique opportunity for us to collectively reflect upon our achievements, engage in inspiring team meetings, and enjoy a fun time together.

Team members from across all operating companies - Marlin Spring Developments, Spring Living Retirement Communities, Greyspring Apartments and Marlin Spring US Realty came together to commemorate the holiday season, fostering an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie that defines the spirit of the Baz Group.

The retreats concluded with a beachfront dinner with great food and drink, musical performance, an exhilarating fire show and great fun. We heard inspirational messages from CEO and co-founder Benjamin Bakst, CFO and co-founder Elliot Kazanovsky, President Ashi Mathur Mathur and CEO’s Pedro Lopes, Lois Cormack MHSc, ICD.D and Karl Brady.

This celebratory trip verified the outstanding qualities of our team members and our company values.
