Marlin Spring’s "Neighbour 2 Neighbour" program extends acts of kindness by way of donations and volunteer efforts to organizations which are located in areas in which we are actively developing.

Most recently, the Neighbour 2 Neighbour Program facilitated a partnership with Akin with the opening of the Stockyards Studio on St. Clair in Toronto. While our development team works though the approvals processes for our upcoming neighbouring condominium developments, we are pleased to provide the Akin group with space at 2231 St. Clair which is utilized to assist budding artists by providing affordable art studios.

We feel privileged to be supporting the local art community and doing our part to contribute to the rich and diverse culture of this fantastic neighbourhood.
