We invite you to book an appointment and come meet our team in the beautifully appointed presentation centre, designed by the very talented team at U31 Design, and tour our newest project consisting of over 250 condominiums located in the heart of Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood.

House of Assembly is the first of three residential buildings forming part of a meticulously designed master planned community which, in addition to Marlin Spring's three residential condominiums, will also include three mass timber creative office buildings being developed by our co-development partner, Hines.
