As the homes at Symphony Towns, our community of over 200 homes in Oshawa, Ontario are being constructed, the Marlin Spring Construction and Customer Experience teams welcome the homeowners to walk through their homes.

These Frame Walks are one of the key milestones in the home ownership journey and a great opportunity for homeowners to get a feel for their new home with the mechanicals and electrical completed and just prior to drywall installation. It also gives the Marlin Spring team and the new homeowner a chance to meet and get to know one another which helps make the process, from purchase to move-in and beyond, as enjoyable as can be.
