This week, we began to welcome homeowners at the Stockyards District Residences, our condominium development of over 240 homes located in Toronto’s upper Junction neighbourhood.

A diverse group of members from Marlin Spring’s Corporate, Development, Sales, Construction, and Customer Experience teams all participated in a tour of the building, applauded our construction management team for their fantastic work and dedication to the project and personally welcomed our very first homeowner.

We congratulate the homeowners on this much anticipated milestone and wish them much joy and happiness in their beautiful new home in this fantastic Toronto community.
