We were privileged to have Councillor Brad Bradford, City Councillor Ward 19, visit and tour Marlin Spring’s Canvas Condominium Developments site.
“In Toronto’s Official Plan, the Danforth is one of the areas where we should be directing growth,” said Councillor Brad Bradford, “I was able to visit Marlin Spring to see how they’re incorporating community discussions into their 2301 Danforth Project.”
We are proud to share Councillor’s Bradford’s vision for urban growth and our team’s diligent work on this project, in close collaboration with the city and the local community, to develop and build one of the most highly anticipated condominium projects on the Danforth.
