Lots of progress is being made at Westbeach, one of Marlin Spring’s condominium projects located in the incredible Beaches neighbourhood.

Window and precast installation is now complete with focus shifting to interior work and elevator installation. We’ve even got a jump start on the beautiful landscaping planned for this unique project!

The team is hard at work preparing to welcome our homeowners this season so they may enjoy the nearby beaches and great local cafes and patios for which this neighbourhood is known for.
