We are pleased to share a construction update from Symphony Towns, Marlin Spring’s town home development project in Oshawa, Ontario.

Land servicing of at this Marlin Spring project along with our capital partners Greybrook Realty Partners, has been completed on the Stage 1 area and the construction team is now preparing to commence the Home Building program.

Marlin Spring remains focused on our environmental responsibility which promotes environmentally principled practices. In order to reduce exports that are harmful to the environment, our team has implemented a detailed Topsoil Stockpiling Program at the site. We are so proud that this program has allowed us to have achieved our goal of retaining 100% of the topsoil along with a 30% increase of top soil depth at the Symphony Towns construction site.
