We’re excited to share some recent photos of Ivylea, Marlin Spring’s 400+ townhome development project located in Richmond Hill.

In addition to the completion of the earthworks, road work, hydro and streetlight installation, you may also notice the completion of the storm water management pond as well as piles of soil on the site.

These piles are part of an environmentally focused site specific and detailed stock-piling program which increase the volume of topsoil and reduce exports.
