Today’s construction update features some new photos from our town home development, Ivylea in Richmond Hill.

The Marlin Spring construction team has been hard at work completing the full import program in preparation of the commencement of the underground servicing.

This Marlin Spring townhome development project is on its way to bringing over 400 beautifully designed homes to the lush Richmond Hill community.
