The construction of the House of Assembly condominium project continues to progress with the excavation process now complete, and the first foundation slab being poured.

As the excavation process concluded and the first slab is prepared to be poured, the team gathered for a ceremonial coin toss as a gesture of good luck.

This Marlin Spring project is located within the culturally-rich Sterling Junction area.

As the first of three inspired condominium buildings, the House of Assembly will set the stage for this master–planned community and on its own contribute over 250 homes to this incredible neighbourhood.
