This Marlin Spring project is located within the culturally-rich Sterling Junction area. As the first of three inspired condominium buildings, the House of Assembly will set the stage for this master–planned community and on its own contribute over 250 homes to this incredible neighbourhood.

As the crane now stands tall, we eagerly anticipate the next phase of the House of Assembly project.
