There’s been so much construction progress at House of Assembly, with the Marlin Spring Construction Management team currently working on excavation, groundwork and hoarding installation.

The first of three inspired condominium buildings located within the culturally-rich Sterling-Junction area, the House of Assembly will set the stage for this master–planned community, and on its own contribute over 250 homes to this incredible neighbourhood.
