It’s exciting to see the demolition process at our condominium project on Dawes Road in Toronto continue.

Marlin Spring, along with its partners, Osmington Inc. is continuing to develop a landmark mixed-use project with two high-rise towers, bringing over 500 homes to a much sought-after neighbourhood.

This transit-oriented project, which is located in the flourishing Danforth Village neighbourhood, is close by to a number of other Marlin Spring projects.
