All of us at Marlin Spring congratulate the graduates of Marlin Spring University for completing Development 101. 

During the 10 week course, team members learned about the complete development cycle from Acquisition to Completion. Each lecture was taught by a different Marlin Spring Development team leader or an industry expert guest lecturer which provided for an interactive course with a high level of engagement, knowledge and diverse view points. 

We celebrated the achievement of having completed the comprehensive course with a special graduation ceremony.

MSU is a multi-course educational program designed to provide insight and knowledge to all of our Team Members through a structured, interactive and collaborative program. As well, it provides a platform for curious team members to join together to learn, grow and connect with like-minded colleagues.

This unique program, a first in our industry, is another way to ensure the wider Marlin Spring team is fully aligned, allowing it to accomplish its mission of delivering exceptional Real Estate value to all of our stakeholders with an uncompromising adherence to our core values.
