We recently connected with Pedro Lopes, CEO of Marlin Spring Developments, to reflect on the year behind us and share a look ahead as to what’s in store for 2026.
As we step into 2026, we recognize what our team accomplished over the past year. Through focus, discipline, and collaboration, we successfully celebrated the successful occupancies and closings across House of Assembly in Sterling Junction, Curio Condos on The Queensway, and Ivylea Towns in Richmond Hill, representing over $600M in revenue. Our team delivered over 800 new homes to the GTA market.
These achievements reflect our commitment to delivering high-quality housing and meeting the needs of growing communities.
We also achieved a significant planning milestone with Toronto City Council’s approval of the zoning by-law amendment for 5280 Dundas Street West. Located steps from the Kipling Transit Hub, this future Etobicoke community reflects our continued focus on delivering high-density, transit-oriented housing in well-connected urban nodes — supporting long-term growth, mobility, and livability across the GTA.
The year ahead will continue to test the resilience, adaptability, and discipline of our organization. Market uncertainty, evolving economic conditions, and external pressures will require thoughtful decision-making and a sustained, collaborative effort across all teams.
We enter 2026 with cautious optimism and renewed focus. We are operating with greater clarity, strengthened discipline, and a firm commitment to positioning Marlin Spring for long-term success.
We remain energized by the communities we create and the residents we serve, and we look forward to sharing our continued progress in the year ahead.
