It’s a big day for Marlin Spring as we reveal the branding and first renderings  of Above Condominiums at Bristol Station.

This Marlin Spring project in partnership with Riocan Living is located just north of Mississauga’s downtown core, and incredibly positioned adjacent to the new Mississauga LRT line.

This development will bring more than 540 homes, contained within two towers of 17 and 23 stories atop a 5 story podium, to this vibrant and diverse urban community.
