Congratulations to the Marlin Spring Developments team on the successful and exciting launch of Above Condominiums.

Marlin Spring welcomed hundreds of sales agents and brokers affiliated with the premier brokerage firms from across the GTA to learn about and celebrate the launch of this most anticipated condominium project in Mississauga.

This Marlin Spring project, in partnership with Riocan Living, is located just north of Mississauga’s downtown core, and incredibly positioned adjacent to the new Mississauga LRT line.

We are particularly proud of this project which will bring more than 540 homes, contained within two towers of 17 and 23 stories atop a 5 story podium, to this vibrant and diverse urban community.
