Neighbouring Marlin Spring Developments’ project in the Sterling Junction, the Museum of Contemporary art – (MOCA) is the hub of this vibrant, artistic community. Its learning and schools programmes have been expanding in response to public interest, and it’s commitment to serving the community, cultivating a 23% growth in the number of school tours participants last year.
